This Cabalist only armor provides very little protection in traditional sense. It has shields to prevent damage to an extent, but relies more on offense as a means of defense.
One of the standard features of this armor is that it will reduce the casting cost of spells, having a -X% power cost of Cabalist(Evoker) powers.
